It occurred to me that I ever got around to posting the pictures of our trip to Cornwall for a RL meet with our City of Heroes group, despite geminid asking me to. So, here they are:

I name this vessel… ‘EuroCar I’We were driving down with 3 of our friends on the Friday night, and so I decided to do something special to the car. In City of Heroes, each character has a costume mode calld ‘SuperGroup Mode’ which adorns their costume with the colour scheme and logo of the group you belong to. I didn’t have time to respray the car blue and yellow, but I did have time to add the EuroCore logo using the CNC vinyl cutter at work that cuts out stickers of the same kind you see on company vans. |

Raid on Pizza HutBy the time we got to Cornwall we were pretty hungry, but the rumour had it that the nearby Pizza Hut closed in just 15 minutes. 3 of us went to check, and we found we had a good hour until closing. Pizza Hut Girl: “Table for 3?” |

EdenEden! The fact that this place is called ‘Eden’ is made more amusing to City of Heroes players by the fact that there is a zone in the game called ‘Eden’ that is inhabited by sentient animate plants that are out to destroy humankind. This zone is home to the Eden Trial, one of the most challenging trials in the game. |

WEEE ManI’m still not quite sure why the giant stompy washing machine robot has pooed a bunch of TVs. |

| Besides the many messages, you could also fill a machine with money in return for a photo of yourself on an “IDea” card with your own special conservation idea. A cursory glance over the messages left (including those by some of our group) revealed that they were frequently off-topic. |
